This is the HTML Den of the ProblemFox

Dreaming BIG, going SMOL

I started this page on Neocities to get back to my website roots. I built my first website in the mid-90s and I wanted to see if I could revisit those ideals and embrace a simpler internet.

It has been created in a text editor, in plain HTML. No AI, static site generator, CMS, CSS, or javascript involved. Simple text, rendered by your browser using your defaults. Uncomplicated, fast.

However, in the days since starting this site I have learned more about the smolweb movement (see smolweb.org) and disappeared down a Gemini Protocol shaped rabbit hole.

This means that you, dear reader, can find out more should you so wish by going smolweb yourself and visiting me there gemini://problemfox.pollux.casa. However, you'll need a Gemini capable broswer, I like LaGrange available via Github.

However if you don't want to install another browser, fear not for you can see the contents of that Gemini Capsule via a more friendly HTML proxy here https://problemfox.pollux.casa.

You can't look back at the early web without having some shiny buttons and a link to a webring!
